Experiencing anger, hurt, sadness, confusion, or stress? There is no shame in seeking outside support and encouragement. Together, we will discuss what you are looking to get out of our time together and decide what we will do to get there. Some areas of focus include depression, anxiety, pre/postpartum challenges, divorce, and life transitions. I implement cognitive-behavioral and strength-based strategies in a professional, relaxed, and conversational-style session sure to accommodate all ages and stages of life from teens to adults.

Play Therapy

Just as adults use words to communicate, play is a child’s primary form of language. This is most helpful for children ages 4-11 and can support with reducing anxieties, building confidence and positive self-esteem, regulating emotions, promoting problem-solving skills and creative thinking. Some challenges addressed include anxiety, social struggles, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, divorce, and low self-esteem. The therapeutic relationship allows for unconditional acceptance and connection encouraging children to express and communicate in a safe way.

Faith-based

Interested in bringing your faith into the therapeutic process? Inquire about our Christian-based services which can incorporate bible based beliefs and scripture into the process of change.
